Enjoy a Delicious New Take On Wellness.

We're excited to introduce three new Wellness-focused drink mixes that we have spent several years developing. Our goal has been to create a line of Wellness products that marries the best of science and nature, using premium, purposeful ingredients while ensuring delicious taste. Because what good are they if they're not easy to drink? Each of these innovative Wellness drink mixes offers a solution to common wellness challenges: curbing your cravings, supporting your immune system, helping with cellular health, and maintaining energy and focus throughout the day without the overuse of stimulants. True Lemon Curb to help support appetite control, True Lemon Defend to help support immune health, and True Lemon Elevate to help support energy and focus are convenient ways to both meet your hydration goals and help with some of your wellness goals. All three are crafted with thoughtful Non-GMO ingredients and deliver the same delicious, authentic citrus and fruit taste you expect from other True Citrus products. These also have balanced electrolytes for optimal hydration, all designed to help support your daily wellness routine, however you define it.

The True Lemon Wellness products are designed to fit seamlessly into your wellness routine, no matter where you are on your wellness journey. Whether you're trying to maintain weight loss, practicing intermittent fasting, following a specific eating plan like Keto or Weight Watchers®, or you're wanting to add a micro-habit to proactively support your health or trying to move away from energy drinks that have ingredients you may not be comfortable with, there is a True Lemon Wellness product that fits your needs.

Yes, these products are designed for daily use as part of a healthy lifestyle. However, as with any dietary supplement or functional food, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider if you have specific health concerns, take medications, or have underlying health conditions. This is especially important if you're sensitive to caffeine or have dietary restrictions.

Yes! The key ingredients in our Wellness products are supported by scientific research. Green tea extract in Elevate has extensive research as a steady source of energy without the crash of traditional energy drinks, prebiotic fiber in Curb has well-documented support for satiety and digestive health benefits, and antioxidants such as Vitamin C in Defend have robust research supporting immune system and cellular health. Additionally, we conducted third-party, independent lab testing to ensure the efficacy of the antioxidants in True Lemon Defend. This independent lab testing verified that all four key antioxidants in True Lemon Defend are bioavailable for your body to use, too.
