This Return Policy applies to returns or exchanges of products purchased from TrueCitrus.com or to True Citrus products purchased from marketplace sellers and is only applicable to products purchased in the United States. True Citrus reserves the right to deny returns, refunds and exchanges including, without limitation, to prevent fraud, suspected fraud or abuse. 





What is our return policy?

You have 60 days after purchase or upon receipt to exchange or return most items unless noted in our exceptions. Products that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.




What products are eligible?

Unless exceptions apply, returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products and new or slightly used products. If you received the wrong product, it must be unopened to qualify.




When is a receipt or proof of purchase required?

  • If your purchase is under $10, we do not require a receipt.
  • If your purchase is over $10, a copy of the receipt or online proof of purchase is required.
  • If you do not have a receipt, you may still be eligible for an exchange of your products.
  • If your purchase is over $25 , you must return the unused product to us in order to be eligible for a refund. For the purposes of this section, the purchase price is determined solely by the retail price of the product(s) on TrueCitrus.com and excludes any discounts, promotions, or the third-party pricing from marketplace sellers at the time of purchase. 

How do I return or exchange a product?

  • To initiate a return or exchange for an eligible item, please email us at customercare@truecitrus.com or call toll-free 1-866-885-3666.
  • You must return the product to us by mail. The customer is generally responsible for providing the return label, but we reserve the right to provide alternative return or exchange arrangements on a case-by-case basis in our sole discretion.
  • There is no restocking fee




How long does it take to receive a refund?


  • If you purchased from TrueCitrus.com, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase after the product has been returned. Refunds for purchases not made from TrueCitrus.com and/or from marketplace sellers are issued by check within 60 days after we receive your return.
