Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c

    almond milk


  • 1 c

    spinach

  • 1

    frozen banana

  • 17 g

    Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp

    (or 2) mixed: flax seeds, cinnamon and matcha

  • 1 tbsp

    honey (optional)


Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve.
