I love kale so much. Like so freaking much. Here is a great way to give you an easy healthy snack.

Ingredients
- 1
Bunch of kale, with ribs removed
 - 2 tbsp
Oil, I used lemon olive oil
 - 1 tbsp
True Lemon
 - 1 tbsp
Granulated Garlic
 - 1 tbsp
Red Pepper flakes
 - 1 tbsp
Italian Seasoning
 - 1/2 tbsp
salt
 
Directions
- After washing your kale and patting dry, remove the inner ribs.
 - Rip kale in to 2 inch pieces.
 - Massage the oil into the kale, thoroughly.
 - Lightly sprinkle seasoning mixture and toss until nicely coated.
 - On a sheet tray, spread out the kale, make sure none of it is overlapping. This will cause it to steam, and not get crunchy.
 - Place in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Rotate, and cook for 5 more minutes.
