Make a big batch of this seasoning, and you'll be ready to go for seasoning ribs and pork anytime.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp
smoked paprika
 - 2 tbsp
dark brown sugar
 - 1/2 tsp
ground black pepper
 - 1/2 tsp
ground coriander
 - 1/2 tsp
chili powder, sweet or hot
 - 1/2 tsp
oregano
 - 1 tsp
kosher salt
 - 1/8 tsp
ground cumin
 - 1/8
cayenne pepper
 - 1/4 tsp
dried, granulated garlic
 - 1
packet True Lemon
 
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well. Store in an air tight container up to 6 months.
 
Recipe Notes
This dry spice rub is fantastic on chicken or pork. It will cover 3 pounds of chicken or 3 full slabs of pork ribs. It's easy to rub on chicken in the morning before going to work! Submitted by Lori Wentling of Fairfield OH.
