Ingredients

  • 5 oz

    Tuna, drained

  • 15 oz

    White cannellini or garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

  • 2 c

    Celery, chopped

  • 1/4 c

    Red onion, sliced

  • 2 tbsp

    Olive oil

  • 1

    packet True Lime

  • 1 tsp

    Fresh parsley or basil, roughly chopped (as garnish)

  • Optional salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together tuna, beans, celery and red onion.
  2. Add olive oil and True Lime to tuna mixture and combine thoroughly.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs, and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*You can also substitute True Lemon. To make this a heartier meal, serve over a bed of couscous!
