Ingredients
- 5 oz
Tuna, drained
- 15 oz
White cannellini or garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 c
Celery, chopped
- 1/4 c
Red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp
Olive oil
- 1
packet True Lime
- 1 tsp
Fresh parsley or basil, roughly chopped (as garnish)
Optional salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together tuna, beans, celery and red onion.
- Add olive oil and True Lime to tuna mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs, and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
*You can also substitute True Lemon. To make this a heartier meal, serve over a bed of couscous!
