Ingredients

  • Choose your base (1.5 cups liquid)

    1. Nut Milk
    2. Water
    3. Coconut Milk
    4. Herbal Tea
    5. Coconut Water
    6. Coffee
  • Choose greens + veggies (1 cup total or a big handful; mix and match)

    1. Spinach
    2. Kale
    3. Parsley
    4. Romaine
    5. Cilantro
    6. Mint
    7. Cucumber
    8. Pumpkin
    9. Sweet Potato
  • Choose fresh or frozen fruit (3/4 cup total; mix and match)

    1. Strawberries
    2. Raspberries
    3. Blueberries
    4. 1/3 Frozen Banana*
    5. Pitaya
    6. Nectarines
    7. Pineapple
    8. Citrus
    9. Peach
    10. Watermelon
    11. Cherries
    12. Fig
    13. For a boost of flavor add True Lemon, True Lime, True Orange or True Grapefruit to your blend.*For less sugar and calories without adding artificial sweeteners, flavors, gluten, sodium or preservatives, replace all or some of the fruit with any of the True Lemon Lemonade or True Lime Limeade beverages stick packets.
