Fennel Salad

• 1 bulb Fennel- sliced thin 

• 1 Bunch Pea greens

• 1/2 cucumber - sliced thin

• 1 apple -sliced thin

• 1 large or 2 small Celery stalks cut thinly use the leaves if you’ve got them.

True Lemon Dressing

• 1 Tablespoon of White Miso

• 1 Tablespoon Garlic Puree (optional)

• 1/4 cup garlic oil / can also just use olive oil

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

• 1/2 cup water

• 1 Tablespoon True Lemon
